Our Manufacturing facility houses the most advanced induction melting furnaces both in Air and Vacuum. We have three manufacturing process technologies under one roof to cater to the diversified requirements and specifications. In addition to the melting facility, our plant is fully integrated with an in-house electrical heat treatment furnace.

METALLURGY
We specialize in the metallurgy of Copper and Aluminum alloys. With years of experience and collaboration with leading metallurgists, we have developed extensive knowledge and expertise in our field. DESIGN
We use the most advanced 3D modeling software to configure casting trees that yield the best results possible. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality castings, no matter the complexity of the project. With our comprehensive approach to design and cutting-edge technology, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible products.
SIMULATION
With the help of in-house simulation software every new part is analyzed for its solidification characteristics. Gate design, feeding and chills are placed to obtain high integrity defect free castings.
AIR METLTING - AIR CASTING
Air Melting - Air Casting is a conventional Investment Casting Process where melting and casting takes place in the air in ceramic shells. The shells are carefully designed and prepared for defect-free castings. This process is ideal for high volume general purpose requirements.
VACUUM METLTING-VACUUM CASTING
This is the most advanced technology where both melting and casting happen in a complete vacuum. It The melt is free from impurities and oxide formations. The castings can be made with features and geometries which are difficult/not possible to make via other processes.
VACUUM CONTINOUS CASTING
Innovative Vacuum Continuous Casting Technology for Superior Copper Alloys. Our company specializes in producing bars and profiles made from a variety of copper alloys using cutting-edge vacuum continuous casting technology. This process enables us to manufacture high-quality products with excellent mechanical properties and superior surface finishes.
