In addition to the melting facility, our plant is fully integrated with an in-house electrical heat treatment furnace.

AIR METLTING - AIR CASTING
Air Melting - Air Casting is a conventional Investment Casting Process where melting and casting takes place in the air in ceramic shells. The shells are carefully designed and prepared for defect-free castings. This process is ideal for high volume general purpose requirements.
VACUUM METLTING-VACUUM CASTING
This is the most advanced technology where both melting and casting happen in a complete vacuum. It The melt is free from impurities and oxide formations. The castings can be made with features and geometries which are difficult/not possible to make via other processes.
VACUUM CONTINOUS CASTING
