Properties and Specifications
C95200 Aluminium Bronze is a highly ductile alloy ideal for moderate and light-duty applications. Commonly utilized as a bushing and bearing material, it exhibits exceptional "seating" capability. This alloy is softer compared to other aluminum bronzes, offering good wear resistance, impact and fatigue strength, as well as high elongation. It is easily machined and boasts excellent corrosion resistance.
Applications
C95200 is Aluminium Bronze is used for manufacturing Pickling Tanks, Mild Alkali Applications, Large Gear Parts, Marine Hardware, Gun Slides, acid-resistant pumps, bearing liners, bearings, bushings, gears, high-strength clamps, hot mill guides, hydrant parts, pump parts, , thrust pads, valve bodies, valve seats, valves, wear plates, anti spatter welding mylars, worm wheels, worms and gun mountings.
