Material : 

Pahwa MetalTech's Non Sparking Open Ended Spanner is available in two premium non-sparking alloys: QTi® (Copper Titanium) and BronAL® (Aluminium Bronze). QTi® offers superior hardness and tensile strength for heavy-duty applications, with a longer service life than conventional beryllium copper. BronAL® delivers excellent corrosion resistance, ideal for marine, chemical, and humid environments. Both alloys comply with IS-4595, EN, and IS non-sparking tool certifications and are non-magnetic, ensuring safety in Zone 0, Zone 1, and Zone 2 classified areas. Material test reports and special certifications are available on request.

Pahwa MetalTech offers the Non Sparking Open Ended Spanner in the following specifications: Double and single open ended; metric up to 65mm; imperial up to 2-1/4"; BS sizes. • Do not use standard carbon steel tools as a substitute in any Zone 0, Zone 1, or Zone 2 classified area. • Do not use the open ended spanner beyond its rated capacity or in applications for which it is not designed. • Do not use the tool if it shows signs of damage, corrosion, or deformation — replace before returning to service. • Do not mix non-sparking tools with ferrous metal tools in the same kit or storage area at any time. • Do not use the tool near open flames, hot work, or active ignition sources in classified hazardous areas. • Do not modify, grind, or alter the tool without Pahwa MetalTech's authorisation, as this voids certification. • Do not expose the tool to incompatible strong acids or alkalis without confirming alloy compatibility. • Do not allow untrained personnel to use non-sparking tools in classified areas without proper safety training.
