Material : 

Pahwa MetalTech's Non Sparking Oil Pump is available in two premium non-sparking alloys: QTi® (Copper Titanium) and BronAL® (Aluminium Bronze). QTi® offers superior hardness and tensile strength for heavy-duty applications, with a longer service life than conventional beryllium copper. BronAL® delivers excellent corrosion resistance, ideal for marine, chemical, and humid environments. Both alloys comply with IS-4595, EN, and IS non-sparking tool certifications and are non-magnetic, ensuring safety in Zone 0, Zone 1, and Zone 2 classified areas. Material test reports and special certifications are available on request.

Pahwa MetalTech offers the Non Sparking Oil Pump in the following specifications: One size, 1-1/8" pipe connection, manually operated. The range covers the most common operational requirements for hazardous area maintenance. All sizes are manufactured to precise tolerances for reliable fit and performance. Do's

• Inspect the oil pump for damage, cracks, or deformation before each use in any hazardous area. • Confirm the tool is QTi® or BronAL® certified and suitable for the specific hazardous zone classification. • Select the correct size and type of tool for the task to ensure safe and effective operation. • Store in a designated non-sparking tool storage area, clearly separated from ferrous metal tools. • Wear appropriate PPE including gloves and eye protection during use in classified environments. • Keep the tool clean and free from oil, chemical deposits, and debris that could affect safe operation. • Return the tool to the non-sparking tool store immediately after use to prevent accidental substitution. • Follow all site-specific permit-to-work and hazardous area tool policies when deploying this tool.

• Do not use standard carbon steel tools as a substitute in any Zone 0, Zone 1, or Zone 2 classified area. • Do not use the oil pump beyond its rated capacity or in applications for which it is not designed. • Do not use the tool if it shows signs of damage, corrosion, or deformation — replace before returning to service. • Do not mix non-sparking tools with ferrous metal tools in the same kit or storage area at any time. • Do not use the tool near open flames, hot work, or active ignition sources in classified hazardous areas. • Do not modify, grind, or alter the tool without Pahwa MetalTech's authorisation, as this voids certification. • Do not expose the tool to incompatible strong acids or alkalis without confirming alloy compatibility. • Do not allow untrained personnel to use non-sparking tools in classified areas without proper safety training.
