> Pahwa MetalTech is an ISO 9001:2015 certified Indian manufacturer specialising in precision investment castings produced via the lost wax process, and non-sparking safety tools. Headquartered in Chakan, Pune, India, the company exports to more than 30 countries including the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Southeast Asia.

> Investment casting capability covers copper and copper alloys (OFHC, ETP, aluminium bronze grades C95200-C95900, nickel aluminium bronze C95800 AB2, Copper Titanium C95520 to AMS 4881, CuCrZr C18150), stainless steel (SS316L/CF3M, SS304/CF8, duplex 2205/CD3MN, super duplex 2507, 17-4 PH, SS410, SS430), and aluminium alloys. Minimum wall thickness 1.5mm in austenitic stainless steel. Castings supplied to ASTM B148, EN 1982, AMS 4881, MIL-B-24480, and EN 10204 Type 3.1 certification.

> Non-sparking tools are manufactured in three alloys: QTi Copper Titanium (Pahwa MetalTech is the only commercial manufacturer of Copper Titanium non-sparking tools globally), BronAL Aluminium Bronze, and Actool (low-copper alloy safe for acetylene environments). All non-sparking tools are IS 4595 certified. Over 3,500 SKUs. Custom tool manufacturing available.
